Hal itu dikatakan Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kabid Pemberdayaan Adat dan Pengembangan Sosial Budaya Masyarakat Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Kelurahan (BPMPK) Kota Bima, Muhammad Iqbal, Rabu (7/1).
Menurut Iqbal, fenomena kecendrungan masyarakat menanggalkan nilai budaya transenden dan adat istiadat saat ini mendorong tingginya degradasi moral. Contohnya, masyarakat cenderung melegalkan konsumsi minuman keras (Miras). “Selama ini masyarakat cenderung mengadopsi budaya luar, sehingga nilai-nilai adap istiadat kita sendiri justru dilupakan. Budaya-budaya orginal kita (Bima) harus dibangkitkan lagi, karena jika saja masyarakat tetap menganut budaya asli, maka tidak mungkin budaya negatif saat ini berkembang pesat,” katanya.
Dalam jangka panjang, katanya, metamorfosis masyarakat menganut modernitas akan berpengaruh buruk terhadap dinamika kehidupan manusia. Hal-hal yang sebelumnya dianggap tabu justru dijadikan trend. “Selain membangkitkan budaya, tahun 2009 Pemerintah Kota Bima berkomitmen membangun masyarakat yang religius. Kita harapkan dengan begitu, muncul kesadaran seluruh masyarakat,” katanya.
Untuk mewujudkan rencana itu, lanjut Iqbal, pemerintah bakal terus berkampanye agar masyarakat kembali menganut budaya lama yang bernilai positif. Pembangunan budaya positif memerlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, salah satunya Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), maupun tokoh pemuda lainnya.
“Insya Allah kalau program ini selesai kita susun, dalam waktu dekat kami akan menyosialisasikan pentingnya peran budaya kepada masyarakat. Kita juga akan melibatkan berbagai pihak,” katanya.
Dikatakan Iqbal, pemberdayaan budaya masyarakat sangat penting, karena akan menentukan arah masa depan suatu daerah. Bentuk pembinaan budaya secara dini akan menghasilkan generasi penerus memiliki tanggungjawab dan kompetensi intelektual maupun nilai spiritual.

Anggota Satuan Narkoba Polres Mataram menangkap koleganya dari Polsek Mataram, Briptu WB (25), karena teridentifikasi sebagaijuragan sabu-sabu. Kasat Narkoba Polres Mataram, AKP I Gusti Putu Suarnaya, di Mataram, Kamis (29/1/2009), mengatakan, penangkapan berdasarkan hasil pengembangan kasus peredaran sabu-sabu yang melibatkan MW alias Mandra (25).

“Dalam proses pemeriksaan, Mandra mengaku mendapatkan barang bukti sabu-sabu itu dari Briptu WB dan setelah informasi itu dikembangkan diduga kuat oknum polisi itu terlibat sehingga dibekuk,” ujarnya.

Sebelumnya, Satuan Narkoba Polres Mataram membekuk Mandra di pertigaan jalan depan kawasanan pertokoan Rembiga, dalam sebuah skenario transaksi untuk menjebak sasaran, Selasa (27/1) malam.

Pemuda yang belum lama bebas dari hukuman penjara selama 10 bulan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Mataram terkait kasus pembalakan liar (illegal logging) itu, dibekuk ketika hendak menjual satu paket (0,3 gram) sabu-sabu kepada polisi yang menyamar.

Transaksi jebakan itu diciptakan untuk menjerat pemuda tersebut karena dikabarkan sering mengedarkan sabu-sabu dan berbagai jenis psikotropika di Kota Mataram dan daerah sekitarnya, sekeluar penjara.

Informasi tersebut dikembangkan dan beberapa orang oknum polisi melakukan penyamaran sebagai konsumen hingga berhasil melakukan transaksi yakni satu paket (0,2 gram) sabu-sabu dengan harga Rp 200.000.

Saat transaksi pertama, polisi narkoba Polres Mataram belum mau membekuk pemuda itu sehingga mencoba memesan satu paket sabu-sabu lagi dan beberapa jam kemudian Mandra membawa satu paket sabu-sabu (0,3 gram) hingga ia dibekuk dalam transkasi kedua itu.

AKP Suarnaya mengatakan, setelah berkali-kali diinterogasi, Mandra mengaku mendapatkan barang itu dari Briptu WB yang penyerahan barang bukti itu berlangsung di kediaman Astuti (24), kekasihnya Briptu WB. “Saya perintahkan anggota menggeledah kediamannya Astuti di Gang Gagantung, Jalan DR Soetomo, Kelurahan Karang Baru, namun tidak ditemukan barang bukti. Tetapi, indikasi keterlibatan oknum polisi itu cukup kuat,” ujarnya tanpa merinci indikasu kuat itu.

Suarnaya menambahkan, pihaknya juga tengah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap oknum anggota Polres Lombok Barat, Briptu LS (25) yang diduga terlibat dalam pengedaran sabu-sabu itu. Saat polisi narkoba Polres Mataram mendatangi kediaman Astuti selaku kekasihnya Briptu WB, polisi menemukan keberadaan Briptu LS di lokasi itu.

“Ada kemungkinan oknum polisi itu juga terlibat peredaran sabu-sabu yang melibatkan tersangka Mandra itu dan penyidik sedang mengembangkannya,” ujarnya. Kapolsek Mataram, AKP Arief Yuswanto, yang dikonfirmasi terpisah mengakui Briptu WB ditangkap polisi narkoba Polres Mataram karena diduga ikut mengedarkan sabu-sabu.

“Saya percayakan kepada Satuan Narkoba Polres Mataram untuk mengusut kasus ini, saya juga kesal karena ada anak buah yang bertingkah laku buruk,” ujarnya. ant

MANIPULASI REGEDIT

Hal-hal yang perlu diketahui sebelum praktek manipulasi
Suatu masukan value pada registry terdiri dari tiga bagian, yaitu:
Value name (Nama value). Akan menunjukkan nama value, seperti NoFind, NoClose, NoRun dll
Data type (Jenis data). Terdiri dari tiga jenis yaitu : data string, binary, dan DWORD
Data Value (Nilai data). Merupakan nilai atau isi dari suatu nama value, bisa berupa angka 0, 1, bisa juga berisi kata atau kalimat.
Klik adalah perintah mouse klik kiri

1.Dengan Regedit
buka regedit
dengan mouse : klik start menu  klik run  ketik regedit  lalu klik ok
dengan keyboard : tekan gambar bendera  tekan R  ketik regedit  tekan enter

Membuat key baru
kita akan belajar membuat subkey baru pada HKEY_CURRENT_USER (sebagai contoh masukkan nama key : belajar)
dengan mouse : klik kanan pada key HKEY_CURRENT_USER  pilih new  klik key  masukkan nama key
dengan keyboard : arahkan pilihan pada key HKEY_CURRENT_USER  tekan tanda klik kanan  pilihlah new  key  lalu enter  masukkan nama key
tugas : buat subkey baru dengan nama key satu di key belajar

Membuat nama value baru dan mengisi data
jika lupa pengertian dari value yang ada di registry coba lihat lagi keterangan di atas.
string value (REG_SZ) dengan nilai “data_string”
binary value (REG_BINARY) dengan nilai “11 10 11 10”
dword value (REG_DWORD) dengan nilai “13”; nanti akan menjadi 0x00000013(19) 13 adalah basis heksadecimal dan decimalnya adalah 19.
multi-string value (REG_MULTI_SZ) dengan nilai “saya membuat multi string”
ekspandable-string-value (REG_EXPAND_SZ) dengan nilai “coba ekspandable string”

Mengubah dan menghapus key dan value
untuk mengubah dan menghapus key dan value sangatlah mudah, tinggal klik kanan pada key atau value yang diinginkan.
Menu klik kanan pada key :
expand : membuka isi key
collapse : menutup isi key
new : menambah key atau value baru
find : untuk pencarian pada key, value, atau data
delete : untuk menghapus key
rename : untuk merename (mengubah nama) key
export : untuk mengexport atau membackup value (akan dijelaskan pada reg file)
permissions : untuk pengaturan scurity dan hak akses
copy key name : untuk mengcopy lokasi (path) dari suatu key

menu klik kanan pada value:
modify : untuk mengubah nilai data (data value)
modify binary data : merubah value data format biner
delete : untuk menghapus value
rename : untuk merename value

terserah mau pakai mouse atau keyboard yang jelas penulis tidak suka cara kedua-duanya. Karena modifikasi dengan regedit rasanya kurang menarik, yang menarik adalah dengan cara VBS (visual basic script) yang akan diulas nanti.

2.Dengan Reg File
Untuk memodifikasi registry dengan reg file ada dua cara yang bisa kita pakai.
Cara yang pertama kita bisa membuatnya dari menu yang ada di regedit yaitu export dan import. Sebenarnya cara export biasa disebut sebagai backup file registry sedangkan import disebut.... apa ya... oia mengambil file registry dari lokasi lain bisa kita membuat sendiri bisa juga hasil dari export kita. Berikut langkah-langkah modifikasi registry dengan reg file :
mengexport seluruh registry : di menu sebelah kiri buat semua key registry disembunyikan (collapse) di dalam my computer, atau cukup letakkan kursor pada my computer.
Kemudian klik file lalu export, simpan dalam folder yang anda tentukan. Atau cukup klik kanan pada my computer lalu pilih export.
Mengexpor sebagian file registry cukup dengan meletakkan kursor pada key yang dimaksud lalu tinggal klik file pilih export kemudian simpan.
Jika export telah berhasil tentunya file yang anda buat akan berekstensi .reg dan siap untuk menjadi file cadangan jika sewaktu-waktu registry kita rusak atau bisa juga kita obrak-abrik isinya lalu kita import/masukkan ke registry.

Mengenal Registry
Registry adalah suatu set file data yang dipakai windows untuk mengontrol perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, lingkungan user dan interface. Dulunya pekerjaan itu dilakukan oleh file-file yang berjenis INI. Sebelum menggunakan File INI, pada awalnya windows memakai dua file sistem konfigurasi yaitu config.sys dan autoexec.bat, karena kemampuannya sangat terbatas kemudian microsoft membuat dua file lagi yaitu win.ini dan system.ini. system.ini dipakai untuk mengendalikan hardware sedangkan win.ini mengendalikan desktop dan aplikasi. Seluruh perubahan pada driver, font, dan setting yang lainya akan disimpan dalam file INI tersebut. Setiap aplikasi yang diinstal akan menambahkan suatu pointer ke dalam file INI (format teks), pointer inilah yang kemudian direferensikan ke dalam kode aplikasi. Setelah suatu pointer masuk ke dalam file INI maka secara otomatis tidak akan terhapus sehingga file INI tersebut semakin besar dan akan jadi masalah ketika ukurannya tersebut melebihi batas maksimum 64 KB, dengan kasus tersebut tidak hanya akan memperlambat namun juga membatasi aplikasi yang ingin kita jalankan. Karena keterbatasan win.ini dan system.ini maka muncullah konsep database yang menangani permasalahan tersebut, tak lain dan tak bukan database tersebut adalah registry.
Registry merupakan informasi database yang berada pada sistem operasi windows 95 ke atas. Database ini menyimpan pengaturan yang kita lakukan pada komputer dan setiap kali windows beroperasi, registry akan mengisinya dengan beberapa variabel atau value yang mengatur sistem komputer. Jadi Secara konsepsional registry adalah database terpusat yang dipakai windows dan aplikasi yang berjalan di atasnya untuk menyimpan informasi konfigurasinya. Informasi tersebut berisi sistem harware, software dan komunikasi. Setiap program aplikasi dapat mengambil dan mengubah informasi tersebut, jadi bila terjadi crash atau error pada saat kita menjalankan program aplikasi kemungkinan besar program tersebut telah mengkonfigurasi sistem registry yang tidak sesuai dengan program lain yang berjalan.
Regedit adalah suatu editor dari regsitry yang digunakan untuk mengamati, mengubah, atau menentukan setting sistem, yang berisi informasi tentang bagaimana komputer berjalan. Windows menyimpan informasi sistemnya dalam suatu database (registry) dengan format pohon. Walaupun Registry Editor memungkinkan kita untuk memeriksa dan memodifikasi isinya, namun tanpa teori yang cukup kita tidak dianjurkan melakukannya, karena membuat perubahan regedit bisa jadi salah dan dapat merusak sistem komputer. Seorang pemakai yang ingin untuk mengedit kembali regedit, dapat secara langsung menjalankan regedit.exe yang terdapat di folder windows dan sekali lagi hal ini sangat tidak dianjurkan kecuali kita paham betul dengan apa yang kita lakukan.
Regedit menampilkan registry dalam bentuk database yang tergabung, tapi sebenarnya data-data tersebut disimpan dalam dua file yang terpisah yaitu system.dat dan user.dat. system.dat digunakan untuk menyimpan data mesin komputer sedangkan user.dat digunakan untuk menyimpan data pemakai. Pada saat komputer booting, windows pertama kali akan mengakses system.dat yang akan menyimpan data-data khusus yang berhubungan dengan sistem komputer, jadi Jangan sekali-kali mengcopy file ini dari komputer orang, komputer kita bisa mencret . Setelah mengakses system.dat windows akan membaca dan mengakses user.dat, user.dat ini akan menspesifikkan informasi pemakai seperti nama user, password dan preferensi aplikasi individual lainnya. Windows akan membuat data tersebut pada directory X:\WINDOWS\profil\ (win98). User.dat berhak untuk mengkonfigurasi sistem, seperti control panel, setting aplikasi, desktop, dan lain-lain. Di samping itu user juga bisa melakukan shutdown, logof, ataupun switch user. Semua setting profil disimpan dalam user account, disinilah user administrator (computer administator) akan mempunyai kuasa atas komputer tersebut.
Ingat, Kita tidak dianjurkan untuk mengutak-atik isi dari registry kecuali memang benar-benar perlu, membuang virus contohnya. Jika ada suatu kesalahan dalam perubahan registry (menambahkan atau mengurangkan suatu nilai pada key), maka komputer kita tidak akan berfungsi dengan baik. Jika ini terjadi, maka kita harus mengeset ulang setting registry seperti semula dengan beberapa langkah, termasuk harus kita sediakan file backupnya yang berekstensi reg, kalau file backupannya tidak ada mungkin bagi user yang darah tinggi akan segera melakukan instal ulang .

Struktur Registry
Registry adalah suatu database kompleks yang dibuat dengan model hierarki oleh perancangnya yang tak lain adalah microsoft coorporation. Disusun dari komponen-komponen kecil sehingga membentuk sekumpulan komponen besar yang mempunyai kekuatan yang hebat. Dalam windows XP registry terdiri dari lima kategori informasi yang disebut sebagai root keys, kunci induk seperti ini berisi data yang berisi sistem komputer yang berhubungan erat dengan perangkat keras komputer. Root keys tersebut berisi value, key dan juga subkey yang memudahkan untuk dikelola, diatur dan dimodifikasi.
Root keys biasa disebut handle keys (HKEY) yang merupakan sekelompok masukan yang digunakan untuk melihat dan mengubah informasi dengan mudah.
Berikut keterangan dari lima handle keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
menangani satu informasi user yang aktif pada sistem operasi windows, ada beberapa pengaturan yang disimpan di sini. Informasi ini dikenal sebagai suatu profil pemakai.
HKEY_USERS
menangani semua informasi user yang aktif serta menangani setting control panel pada sistem operasi windows. HKEY_CURRENT_USER adalah suatu subkey HKEY_USERS. Informasi yang ada pada HKEY_USER didapatkan dari file user.dat
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
memuat informasi tentang hardware, software, dan komunikasi yang dipakai pada komputer tersebut. Informasi yang ditampilkan diperoleh dari file system.dat
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
Adalah suatu subkey HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE. menangani semua jenis file yang ada di windows dan menyimpan setting software
HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG
Berisi informasi tentang profil perangkat keras yang digunakan oleh komputer lokal pada sistem startup, dan mencatat konfigurasi sistem yang ada. Isinya sama dengan HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\CONFIG

dari sini tampak bahwa HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT dan HKEY_CURREN_CONFIG adalah salinan dari sebagian data di HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, dan HKEY_CURRENT_USER adalah salinan dari sebagian data di HKEY_USER. Hal tersebut digunakan untuk kemudahan dalam proses editing dan penanganan data. Pada waktu komputer booting maka informasi untuk HKEY_CLASS_ROOT dan HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG akan dipetakan dari HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE sehingga siap untuk dilihat dan di operasikan.

Value (nilai) pada registry
Fungsi utama dari registry adalah menyimpan data. data tersebut terorganisasi dibawah key-subkey registry yang berisi nilai (value). Nilai-nilai inilah yang diakses oleh windows dan program aplikasi yang berjalan di atas SO tersebut. Nilai-nilai ini pada umumnya dibuat pada saat instalasi windows oleh program setup. Selain itu penambahan data juga akan dibuat jika kita menambahkan harware atau menginstal aplikasi baru. Nilai-nilai registry ini bervariasi antara komputer yang satu dengan yang lainnya bergantung pada alat bantu (device) yang terpasang pada komputer, jadi jangan sekali-kali membackup registry komputer orang, apalagi kalau kita membackup dari versi windows yang lain. Bisa-bisa komputer kita muntah .

Struktur nilai (value)
Setiap value yang ada pada registry terdiri dari duabagian, yaitu:
Nama value (value name) : digunakan sebagai identifikasi dari value
Data value (value data) : digunakan untuk menyimpan informasi value
Perlu diketahui bahwa seluruh value tersebut disimpak pada file yang bernama system.dat dan user.dat namun dalam bentuk biner. Jadi informasi sesungguhnya dari registry ada pada kedua file ini.
Setiap value akan berisi data yang terbentuk dalam format yang berbeda. Berikut type data yang ada pada value tersebut :
REG_BINARY
Data biner. Kebanyakan informasi komponen perangkat keras disimpan sebagai data biner. dalam regedit ditampilkan dengan format hexadecimal. Type ini Biasa disebut binary value
REG_DWORD
Data jenis angka, integer atau heksadesimal. Banyak parameter untuk device driver yang ditampilkan dalam format ini. Type ini biasa disebut numeric (dword) value
REG_EXPAND_SZ
Sebuah variabel dengan format data string (teks). Jenis Data ini menangani variabel ketika suatu program menggunakan type data.
REG_MULTI_SZ
Multiple string. Nilai-Nilai berisi daftar atau banyak nilai dalam sebuah form. Masukan akan dipisahkan spasi, tanda koma, atau tanda yang lain.
REG_SZ
Data teks.
REG_FULL_RESOURCE_DESCRIPTOR
Suatu daftar yang dirancang untuk menyimpan daftar komponen harware atau driver.

Modifikasi pada regitry
1. Modifikasi otomatis
Perubahan registry secara otomatis bisa disebabkan oleh beberapa hal berikut :
instalasi software baru. Saat suatu software diinstal, akan melakukan perubahan pada registry. Umumnya akan terbentuk suatu file dengan ekstensi .inf
masuknya virus komputer.(setiap virus yang aktif akan mempunyai pemicu yang menyimpan beberapa nilai baru diregistry)
manipulasi control panel. Setiap perubahan yang dilakukan di control panel akan berhubungan dengan masukan pada registry.
definisi hardware saat startup. Windows akan melakukan pemerikaan konfigurasi hardware pada saat boot, registry akan selalu berubah karena fungsi PnP (plug & play) akan secara otomatis mengatur konfigurasi setting diregistry untuk setiap device yang ada.

2. Modifkasi manual
Kita dapat melakukan perubahan di registry secara manual dengan cara :
regedit. program ini merupakan bawaan dari windows (regedit.exe), kita dengan mudah, bebas dan leluasa merubah dan mengobrak-abrik isi registry.
reg file. Dengan reg file (file yang berekstensi reg) kita dapat melakukan ekspor dan import data dari dan ke registry, cara ini bisa kita lakukan di dalam regedit atau di teks editor yang lain.
VBS file. Control jarak jauh. Dengan file VBS (visual basic script) kita dapat mentransfer nilai tertentu ke dalam registry, bisa juga mendelete, melihat dan memodifikasi key-key yang ada diregistry. Cara ini hanya dapat dilakukan diteks editor saja.

Aku ingin menepi kepesisir pantai Menikmati debur ombak nan riang, namun itu semua adalah mimpi semu yang telah dirampas oleh mereka yang “berkuasa”

Kan kubiarkan angin mengibaskan helai rambutku. Kan kutatap masa depanku ke seberang sana. Luas...Seakan tiada batas. Makin jauh kulangkahkan kaki ke samudra biru, Makin terlenalah aku merangkai impianku.

Kala kudongakkan kepala ke atas. Kulihat langit biru mengelilingiku di tengah lautan. Kadang ada perasaan takut tenggelam, Tapi awan itu selalu bercanda menghiburku. Seakan ia tak ingin aku bersedih,ataupun tersesat.

Kini sang surya menyembul dari ufuk timur. Ia tersenyum lembut, menghangatkan.
Seolah-olah menyambutku dengan penuh kedamaian. Aku dituntunnya kembali tuk berjalan Mengarungi bahtera kehidupanku ini. Namun dibelakang itu ia mulai menyusun langkah dan strategi untuk membatasi hidupku.

Kala sang surya kembali ke peraduannya, Kini bintang dan rembulan semu yg menemaniku. Cahayanya yang redup dan berkedip, begitu cantik kala di pandang mata. Aku terhanyut dalam anganku “bintang yang jauh disana masih sempat untuk menghibur mahluknya, tapi mengapa manusia lebih suka melihat orang lain menangis dibanding orang lain tertawa??mengapa manusia lebih suka mengorbankan satu orang demi kepuasaan yang semu?? mengapa manusia lebih suka menghancurkan orang lain demi mendapatkan pujian dari sekelompok manusia yang lainnya, apakah hidup memang seperti ini????

Tapi aku rasa tidak, sebab hanya sebagian manusia yang tidak punya perasaan saja yang berkelakuan seperti itu aku masih bisa melihat sebagian orang yang dengan ketulusannya
memberikan kebahagiaan dan kebebasan kepada orang lain.

Seandainya semua manusia dapat bersikap adil maka hidup ini akan terasa indah dan batas-batas manusia hanya satu yang mengaturnya…..Dan aku yakin, Ada satu dzat di sana.. . Yang maha agung, Yang maha perkasa...Menciptakan jagat raya ini, Untuk kebahagiaanku jua.

Pemikiran Kiri Yang Selalu Di Stigmakan

Tulisan ini berawal dari sebuah peristiwa yang terjadi pada tahun yang silam ketika itu terjadi pembakaran maupun sweping terhadap buku-buku yang terasa berbau kiri karena dianggap atau diidentikkan dengan komunisme apalagi kalau sebuah negara itu telah mengalami ‘luka’ akibat komunis maka akan sangat mudah isu itu dimasukkan dan berkembang seperti hal nya di Indonesia. Sebenarnya ada apa sih dengan pemikiran yang kiri itu distigmakan sosialis?
Istilah ‘kiri’ sebenarnya menjadi hal yang biasa dalam perbincangan kita karena kiri sudah menjadi kebiasaan kita sekaligus sudah menjadi kesepakatan untuk membedakan dengan yang sebelah ‘kanan’, dan ada juga yang mengatakan kalau kiri itu jahat dan kanan itu baik. Namun ketika term ‘kiri’ dimasukkan dalam ranah pemikirin akan menjadi hal yang sangat luar biasa sekali yang selalu identik dengan anti kemapanan, tidak saja itu karena pemikiran ‘kiri’ ini juga menyimpan gagasan-gagasan besar yang sangat menantang, melawan, sekaligus ‘merusak’ setiap tradisi yang sudah dianggap ‘mapan’ (establisment) dan bahkan bermunculan ide-ide besar yang mampu merubah keadaan.
Dalam lintas sejarah term ‘kiri’ ini acap kali di identikkan atau ditimpakan kepada segala hal pemikiran dan gerakan sosial yang berusaha melakukan pembacaan ulang atas situasi-situasi mapan atau yang dimapankan oleh kekuasaan dan kekuatan yang dominan. Dan lebih menarik lagi term ini akan menjadi ‘hantu’ ketika dilabelkan pada setiap pemikiran dan gerakan sosial yang mengusung simbol-simbol ‘revolusi’ sebagaimana Sosialisme, Marxisme, serta Komunisme. Sehingga dalam ruang kesadaran kita pun sudah terlanjur melembagakan stigmatisasi atas term kiri ini sebagai sosialis, jadi tidak salah kalau tahun yang silam itu terjadi pembakaran buku yang berbau kekirian sebab saat itu di Indonesia masih tersisa luka akan komunis pada orde lama atau yang sering disebut G30 S PKI namun satu hal yang sangat disayangkan sekali seperti yang diungkapkan oleh Franz Magnis Suseno “fenomena membakar buku tersebut adalah tindakan fisik untuk membungkam pikiran-pikiran yang tidak mampu dilawan secara pikiran , utamanya pada abad ke-20. Model ini sering kali digunakan serta menjadi ciri khas dari Fasisme dan Nazisme, fenomena tersebut disamping menunjukkan minimnya pemahaman masyarakat atas berbagai bentuk model pemikiran, juga menjadi sebuah fakta bahwa ada kesalahan fatal dalam pemahaman masyarakat atas terminologi ‘kiri’ ini ”.
Dan ini terbukti sekali dalam tatanan masyarakat sekarang kita (masyarakat Indonesia) terjebak pada konstruksi kesadaran yang salah kaprah, bahwa setiap pemikiran yang terasa berbeda dengan arus utama atau mainstream yang berkembang saat itu selalu dianggap model pemikiran ‘kiri’. Dan lebih parahnya ‘kiri’ dalam hal ini selalu di identikkan dengan komunisme. Padahal wacana ‘kiri’ senantiasa untuk selalu bergerak dalam wilayah sosial dan pemikirannya senantiasa melawan, mengkritik, dan memang terkadang ‘nakal’ untuk menghancurkan segala hal yang berbau kemapanan, terutama kemapanan kekuasaan otoriter dan juga kapitalisme moderen. Nah dengan adanya pemikiran ini akan seharusnya kita bisa berpikir sebenarnya ada apa dengan kemapanan itu dan kenapa pemikiran ‘kiri’ ini harus dimusuhi? Seperti yang ditulis oleh Listiyono “bisa jadi kemapanan termasuk kemapanan pengetahuan memuat seperangkat prinsip yang manipulatif untuk sekadar mempertahankan kemapanan tersebut. Pembongkaran atas situasi ‘mapan’ dari sebuah kekuasaan inilah yang menjadi spirit ilmiah gerakan ‘kiri’, terutama pembongkaran atas berbagai kekuasaan yang berlindung dibalik jubah ideologi-ideologi .”
Sebenarnya pemikiran dan gerakan ‘kiri’ lebih diletakkan dalam pembacaan ulang secara kritis atas berbagai bentuk pengetahuan yang dominan yang kemudian diperlakukan sebagai kebenaran satu-satunya. Ketika sebuah pengetahuan ditampilkan sebagai kebenaran utama, maka ia cenderung dinomorsatukan sebagai kemapanan formal, dan pada saat yang bersamaan ia akan meminggirkan realitas kebenaran yang lain. Setiap yang berbeda dengan pemahaman konstruksi pengetahuan yang dimilikinya merupakan sebuah kesalahan. Dengan demikian perspektif ‘kiri’ dalam hal ini sekedar membongkar asumsi dasar dari sebuah epistemologi penyusun sebuah pengetahuan, karena jangan-jangan pada setiap kemapanan pengetahuan itu sesungguhnya bersembunyi berbagai kepentingan-kepentingan ideologis dan juga manipulasi atas kebenaran itu. Dan sudah jelas sekali pembongkaran seperti ini akan ‘membahayakan’ kekuasaan. Maka tidak heran kalau pada 5 tahun silam itu terjadi pembumi hangusan buku yang berbau ‘kiri’ itu yang sebenarnya ini tidak harus terjadi karena “Hasil Pemikiran ‘Kiri’ VS Anarkis” pasti pemikiran akan hilang dengan sendirinya kalau memang pemikiran ‘kiri’ itu dianggap salah atau pun menyimpang seharusnya yang terjadi adalah dialetika yang baik bukan gerakan naif, inilah hal yang sangat disayangkan seperti apa yang diungkapkan oleh Franz Magnis Suseno diatas.
Munculnya term ‘kiri’ pada dasarnya tidak terlepas dari persoalan bahasa, karena sudah jelas dalam beberapa dekade terminologi ‘kiri’ menjadi momok serius dalam konstelasi pemikiran bahkan dulu untuk mendapatkan buku yang dianggap ‘kiri’ akan sangat sulit sekali dan kalaupun toh kita mendapatkan pasti sangat minim sekali seperti apa yang diungkapkan oleh Andi Muawiyah “untuk membaca buku karl marx saya harus sembunyi-sembunyi dan selesai membaca langsung disembunyikan lagi” ini menunjukkan betapa sulitnya untuk mempelajari hal-hal yang sudah dianggap keluar dari hal-hal yang sudah dimapankan menyimpang dari aturan. Kita tidak akan tahu siapa yang menghembuskan terminologi ini. Sehingga telah terkonstruk dalam pemikiran manusia yang selalu terbentuk dalam dua oposisi binner yang akan saling berhadapan seperti yang diungkapakan oleh Ferdinand “bahwa kiri harus selalu dihadapan dengan kanan, dimanapun, kapanpun serta dalam situasi apapun”. Dengan munculnya dua oposisi binner ini menunjukkan perbedaan-perbedaan yang sampai melembaga dalam ruang kesadaran sehingga pola pikir yang terbentuk adalah pola berpikir yang dikotomis artinya dalam proses berpikirpun manusia acapkali memberikan identitas tertentu sebagai pembeda, yang ironisnya selalu dibenturkan sebenarnya pada dasarnya ini adalah suatu permainan bahasa yang merasa ketakutan hasil pemikirannya ataupun kekuasaannya akan diambil alih maupun disingkirkan sehingga wacana yang terbangun adalah setiap yang berbeda selalu dianggap sebagai ‘lawan’ yang mestinya dilenyapkan dan tentu saja dengan ‘bumbu-bumbu’ negatif atas pola pikir yang berbeda tersebut. Tujuan dari ini semua adalah bagaimana pola pikir yang berbeda dibebani dengan sejumlah stigmatis dan menggiringnya kepojok kesadaran manusia agar tidak dipelajari dan atau tidak dikenal orang, yang pada akhirnya terciptalah situasi-situasi dimana manusia digiring untuk (latah) menerimanya sebagai kesalahan sebuah pemikiran dan endingnya makin kokohlah ‘kekuasaan’ maupun ‘pemikiran’ yang telah dimapankan. Kelihatan sekali bagaimana bahasa itu dipergunakan sebagai alat propaganda untuk meligitimasi sebuah kekuasaan maupun pengetahuan, seperti apa yang diungkapkan oleh Ariel Hariyanto “bahasa merupakan suatu kegiatan sosial” karena dari sini terlihat bagaimana bahasa itu senantiasa membentuk subyek-subyek, strategi-strategi, dan tema-tema wacana tertentu, atau dengan bahasa lainnya bahasa merupakan ruang bagi pergelaran kuasa-kuasa tertentu. Sehingga terbentuknya binner seperti “kanan” dan “kiri” adalah cerminan dari kekuatan pencipta bahasa dalam mengartikulasikan kepentingan politiknya.
Tokoh-tokoh yang sering dicap kiri adalah seperti Karl Marx, Nietzsche, Gramsci, paulo freire, jurgen habermas, dll selain dari para tokoh barat ini dari tokoh pemikir islam pun ada yang di cap ‘kiri’ oleh jamannya seperti Muhammad Arkound, Hassan Hanafi dan Asghar Ali Engineer. Apakah yang menyebabkan orang-orang ini di cap sebagai tokoh ‘kiri’?
Karl Marx tokoh yang satu ini sangat terkenal dengan Materialisme Dialektis dan Historis yang merupakan suatu pemahaman bahwa dunia selalu berada dalam proses perkembangan yang dialektis yakni penerimaan dan penolakan. Jadi pengetahuan manusia yang muncul dari proses dialektis adalah benar jika dipahami dengan kerangka hubungan antara setiap kejadian dalam dunia yang nyata. Dari hal ini muncul suatu pemahaman bahwa kenyataan memunculkan kesadaran manusia. Hal ini berarti memunculkan pengetahuan sebagai salah satu bentuk kesadaran. Jadi dalam proses dialektis ini terkandung unsur-unsur yang saling bernegasi. Dalam pemikiran yang lain tentang perjuangan kelas karl marx selalu melakukan perlawanan terhadap mereka para borjuis dari sini karl marx berusaha untuk mengangkat para kaum buruh / proletar. Selain Karl Marx kita juga akan melihat bagaimana Nietzche melakukan dekontruksi atas kemapanan akal dan juga kehendak untuk berkuasa, pemikiran Nietzche ini mengejewantahkan bahwa manusia itu akan menjadi agung jika memadukan secara harmonis dari tiga hal yaitu; kekuatan, kecerdesan dan kebanggaan. Nietzsche adalah seorang Vitalis dan Nihilisme namun vitalisme disini mengandung makna semangat hidup. Menurut dia manusia itu agung asal mau menjulangkan semangat hidup dan gairah setinggi-tingginya, untuk itu manusia harus bebas dari kekuatiran akan dosa dan bebas dari nilai-nilai tradisional yang telah membelenggu potensi kemanusiaannya. Seorang filsuf kiri yang sangat berkonsentrasi dalam bidang pendidikan adalah Paulo Freire dengan Pendidikan Tertindas dia memunculkan berbagai kesadaran baru untuk melawan berbagai ketertindasan secara edukatif dengan berpijak pada kesadaran magis, kesadaran naif dan kesadaran kritis. Paulo freire sangat intens sekali dalam memperjuangkan kebebasan bagi orang-orang termiskin dari yang miskin. Paulo freira pun bahkan telah sukses menarik minat warga yang buta huruf untuk belajar dan menulis dalam waktu yang singkat yaiut 30 menit. Selain tokoh barat ada dua tokoh islam yang di cap kiri yaitu Mohammad Arkoun yang melakukan rekontruksi terhadap Al-Qur’an dengan nalar kritis. Nah kalau dilihat dari ini sebenarnya kemauan dari Muhammad arkoun adalah bagaimana agar orang-orang yang melakukan interpretasi terhadap al-quran itu tidak salah atau salah kaprah sehingga pesan yang terkandung didalamnya tidak melenceng jauh, menurut Arkoun “teks al-quran telah banyak melahirkan literature tafsir, interpretasi, sepanjang sekian abad sejak kelahirannya sampai dengan sekarang, tumpukan tafsir itu di ibaratkan menyerupai lapisan-lapisan geologis pada bumi, yang satu berada diatas yang lainnya sehingga sangat sulit untuk menembus keperistiwa pembentukan pertama (al-hadas alta’sisiyyu al awwl) dalam keadaan yang masih segar dan kaya, kecuali jika telah dibongkar lapisan-lapisan geologis yang pejal yang tak lain adalah literature tafsir yang menjadi penghalang pemandangan. Jika gagal untuk mengetahui sebagaimana adanya, maka yang diketahui adalah hanya sebatas citraan-citraan yang terefleksi darinya.” Bahkan pendapat arkoun yang sangat terasa controversial sekali adalah iamengatakan “bahwa dalam tafsir islam dengan segala macam mazhab serta alirannya, sesungguhnya Al-Qur'an hanya merupakan ‘alat’ untuk membangun teks-teks lain yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan selera suatu masa tertentu setelah masa turunnya Al-Qur'an itu sendiri dengan begitu semua tafsir itu ada dengan sendirinya dan untuk dirinya sendiri.” Arkoun pun mengkritik tradisi ortodoks yang didominasi oleh logosentrisme selain itu dia juga mengkritik dunia mitos yang terlahir dari visi masa lalu yang eksklusiv. Selanjutnya Hasan Hanafi seorang tokoh yang mempelopori teori Oksidentalisme sebagai lawan dari Orientalisme dan dia juga yang menggagaskan Kiri Islam, dari studi Oksidentalisnya inilah Hasan Hanafi berusaha “menelanjangi” sekaligus membongkar hegemoni barat atas dunia islam. Karena westernisasi telah membuat dunia timur (Islam) bagai berjalan diatas “dua kaki yang berbeda”. Berawal dari sini dia mempelopori Oksidentalisme untuk menghadapi Barat yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap ruang kesadaran peradaban Timur, karena selama ini dunia Timur dijadikan sebagai bahan objek kajian bagi dunia barat sebagaimana dikenal dengan Orientalisme.
Ini hanyalah sebagian kecil orang-orang yang dicap ‘kiri’ tapi sebenarnya masih ada banyak tokoh-tokoh kiri yang terus melakukan resintensi terhadap segala bentuk pengetahuan maupun kekuasaan yang telah di mapankan dan karena pemikiran ‘kiri’ ini dianggap berbahaya maka berbagai upaya mereka lakukan untuk menghilangkan sisa pemikiran kiri ini. Dan salah satu yang pernah terjadi pada tahun lalu atas pembakaran buku itu merupakan suatu bukti bahwa pemikiran kiri ini memang ingin dilenyap dari permukaan ini? TANYA KENAPA?
Nah sebagai seorang mahasiswa anda tahu apa yang harus anda lakukan karena jangan-jangan sesuatu yang dimapankan itu memuat berbagai kepentingan!!

Asal Usul Masyakat Bima

Masyarakat Bima yang sekarang kita kenal merupakan perpaduan dari berbagai suku, etnis dan budaya yang hampir menyebar di seluruh pelosok tanah air. Akan tetapi pembentukan masyarakat Bima yang lebih dominan adalah berasal dari imigrasi yang dilakukan oleh etnis di sekitar Bima. Karena beragamnya etnis dan budaya yang masuk di Bima, maka tak heran agama pun cukup beragam meskipun 90% lebih masyarakat Bima sekarang beragama Islam. Untuk itu, dalam pembahasan berikut akan kita lihat bagaimana keragaman masyarakat Bima tersebut, baik dilihat dari imigrasi secara etnis/budaya maupun secara agama/kepercayaan.

Variasi Masyarakat Bima Berdasarkan Etnis/Budaya

Orang Donggo
Orang Donggo dikenal sebagai penduduk asli yang telah menghuni tanah Bima sejak lama. Mereka sebagian besar menempati wilayah pegunungan. Karena letaknya yang secara geografis di atas ketinggian rata-rata tanah Bima, Dou Donggo (sebutan bagi Orang Donggo dalam bahasa Bima), kehidupan mereka sangat jauh berbeda dengan kehidupan yang dijalani masyarakat Bima saat ini. Masyarakat Donggo mendiami sebagian besar wilayah Kecamatan Donggo sekarang, yang dikenal dengan nama Dou Donggo Di, sebagian lagi mendiami Kecamatan Wawo Tengah (Wawo pegunungan) seperti Teta, Tarlawi, Kuta, Sambori dan Kalodu Dou Donggo Ele.

Pada awalnya, sebenarnya penduduk asli ini tidak semuanya mendiami wilayah pegunungan. Salah satu alasan mengapa mereka umumnya mendiami wilayah pegunungan adalah karena terdesak oleh pendatang-pendatang baru yang menyebarkan budaya dan agama yang baru pula, seperti agama Islam, Kristen dan bahkan Hindu/Budha. Hal ini dilakukan mengingat masih kuatnya kepercayaan dan pengabdian mereka pada adat dan budaya asli yang mereka anut jauh-jauh hari sebelum para pendatang tersebut datang.

Kepercayaan asli nenek moyang mereka adalah kepercayaan terhadap Marafu (animisme). Kepercayaan terhadap Marafu inilah yang telah mempengaruhi segala pola kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga sangat sukar untuk ditinggalkan meskipun pada akhirnya seiring dengan makin gencarnya para penyiar agama Islam dan masuknya para misionaris Kristen menyebabkan mereka menerima agama-agama yang mereka anggap baru tersebut. Sebagaimana umumnya mata pencaharian masyarakat yang masih tergolong tradisional, mata pencaharian Dou Donggo pun terpaku pada berladang dan bertani. Sebelum mengenal cara bercocok tanam, mereka biasanya melakukan perladangan berpindah-pindah, dan karena itu tempat tinggal mereka pun selalu berpindah-pindah pula (nomaden).

Berhadapan dengan kian gencarnya arus modernisasi, seiring itu pula pemahaman masyarakat akan kenyataan hidup berubah, terutama dalam hal pendidikan dan teknologi. Saat ini, telah sekian banyak para sarjana asli Donggo, yang umumnya menimba ilmu di luar daerah seperti Ujung Pandang, Mataram atau bahkan ke kota-kota di pulau Jawa seperti Bandung, Yogyakarta, Jakarta dan lain-lain. Demikian juga halnya dengan teknologi, yang akhirnya merubah pola hidup mereka seperti halnya dalam penggarapan sawah, kendaraan sampai alat-alat elektronik rumah tangga, karena hampir semua daerahnya telah dialiri listrik. Bahkan tak jarang mereka menjadi para penyiar agama seperti Da’i, karena telah begitu banyaknya mereka naik haji.

Dou Mbojo (Orang Bima)
Dou Mbojo yang dikenal sekarang awalnya merupakan para pendatang yang berasal dari daerah-daerah sekitarnya seperti Makassar, Bugis, dengan mendiami daerah-daerah pesisir Bima. Mereka umumnya berbaur dengan masyarakat asli dan bahkan menikahi wanita-wanitanya. Para pendatang ini dating pada sekitar abad XIV, baik yang datang karena faktor ekonomi seperti berdagang maupun untuk menyiarkan agama sebagai mubaliqh. Mata pencaharian mereka cukup berfariasi seperti halnya bertani, berdagang, nelayan/pelaut dan sebagian lagi sebagai pejabat dan pegawai pemerintah.
Karena pada awalanya mereka adalah pendatang, pada beberapa generasi kemudian banyak juga yang merantau ke luar daerah untuk berbagai keperluan dan profesi seperti sebagai pegawai daerah, sekolah/kuliah, menjadi polisi/tentara, pedagang dan lain-lain. Umumnya mereka memiliki sifat ulet, mudah menyesuaikan diri dengan orang lain dan bahkan kasar. Hingga kini, beberapa daerah di Bima mewarisi sifat-sifat kasar ini seperti beberapa daerah (desa) di Kecamatan Sape, Wera dan Belo.

Orang Arab dan Melayu
Orang Melayu umumnya berasal dari Minangkabau dan daerah-daerah lain di Sumatera, baik sebagai pedagang maupun sebagai mubaliqh. Jumlah mereka termasuk minoritas, yang pada awalnya menempati daerah Bima pesisir Teluk Bima, Kampung Melayu dan Benteng. Terdorong oleh arus mobilitas penduduk yang cukup cepat, sekarang sebagian besar mereka telah membaur ke wilayah-wilayah pedalaman bersama masyarakat Bima lainnya. Orang Arab pun datang ke Bima sebagai pedagang dan mubaliqh. Awal kedatangan orang Arab umumnya sangat tertekan karena harus berhadapan dengan masyarakat Bima yang sudah cukup variatif. Mereka dianggap sebagai pendatang dari Arab, sebagai turunan Nabi. Akan tetapi, sekarang mereka telah diterima secara umum dan wajar, serta telah berbaur dengan masyarakat. Bahkan seiring dengan kuatnya pengaruh Islam melalui Hadirnya Kesultanan Bima, termasuk orang Melayu, sering dianggap istimewa karena biasanya pada masa Kesultanan Bima mereka diangkat sebagai Da’I dan pejabat hadat di seluruh pelosok tanah Bima.

Pendatang Lainnya
Para pendatang ini datang dengan latar belakang yang beragam, dengan menduduki berbagai profesi baik sebagai pejabat pemerintah, polisi/tentara, pedagang/pengusaha. Mereka datang dari Jawa, Madura, Ambon, Flores, Timor-Timur, Banjar, Bugis, Bali, Lombok yang kemudian membaur dan menikah dengan masyarakat Bima asli maupun dengan para pendatang lain. Orang Cina tak ketinggalan memiliki peran di Bima, yang umumnya berprofesi sebagai pedagang. Dari segi jumlah, orang Cina memang tergolong kecil namun karena mereka sangat gigih dan ulet, peran mereka dalam perekonomian Bima sangat signifikan.

Variasi Masyarakat Bima Berdasarkan Agama

Kepercayaan Makakamba - Makakimbi
Kepercayaan ini merupakan kepercayaan asli penduduk Dou Mbojo. Sebagai media penghubung manusia dengan alam lain dalam kepercayaan ini, diangkatlah seorang pemimpin yang dikenal dengan nama Ncuhi Ro Naka. Mereka percaya bahwa ada kekuatan yang mengatur segala kehidupan di alam ini, yang kemudian mereka sebut sebagai “Marafu”. Sebagai penguasa alam, Marafu dipercaya menguasai dan menduduki semua tempat seperti gunung, pohon rindang, batu besar, mata air, tempat-tempat-tempat dan barang-barang yang dianggap gaib atau bahkan matahari. Karena itu, mereka sering meminta manfaat terhadap benda-benda atau tempat-tempat tersebut. Selain itu, mereka juga percaya bahwa arwah para leluhur yang telah meninggal terutama arwah orang-orang yang mereka hormati selama hidup seperti Ncuhi, masih memiliki peran dan menguasai kehidupan dan keseharian mereka. Mereka percaya, arwah-arwah tersebut tinggal bersama Marafu di tempat-tempat tertentu yang dianggap gaib.
Masyarakat asli juga memiliki tradisi melalui ritual untuk menghormati arwah leluhur, dengan mengadakan upacara pemujaan pada saat-saat tertentu. Upacara tersebut disertai persembahan sesajen dan korban hewan ternak yang dipimpin oleh Ncuhi. Tempat-tempat pemujaan tersebut biasa dikenal dengan nama “Parafu Ra Pamboro”.

Agama Hindu
Sampai saat ini belum ada ilmuwan/sejarawan yang mengetahui secara pasti kapan agama Hindu memasuki tanah Bima. Dari sekian petunjuk peninggalan sejarah yang berupa prasasti maupun berbentuk monumen seperti prasasti Wadu Pa’a yang dipahat Sang Bima saat mengembara ke arah timur pada sekitar pertengahan abad VIII, bekas candi di Ncandi Monggo, prasasti Wadu Tunti di Rasabou Donggo, kuburan kuno Padende dan Sanggu di Pulau Sangiang, tidak meninggalkan informasi yang jelas tentang masuknya agama Hindu. Pengaruh agama Hindu dari Bali dan Lombok yang cukup besar tidak mampu menembus wilayah Bima, dan hanya bertahan di wilayah Dompu dan sebagian daerah Bolo.

Agama Kristen
Secara umum, Dou Mbojo tidak senang dengan kedatangan agama ini. Agama Kristen dianggap sebagai agama orang luar yang sangat berbeda dengan kenyataan hidup dan budaya mereka. Meskipun agama Kristen kurang mendapat angin segar dari Dou Mbojo, namun agama ini berhasil menyebar dan dianut oleh masyarakat pendatang lainnya seperti pendatang dari Timur, anggota polisi/tentara, serta pendatang dari Jawa dan Manado, yang awalnya mendiami daerah-daerah pesisir Bima dan kemudian sebagian kecil lagi memasuki daerah-daerah pedalaman. Akhir-akhir ini, tampaknya kegagalan sejarah tersebutlah yang kemudian memotivasi kembali kaum misionaris untuk melancarkan misinya ke daerah-daerah pelosok dan kepada masyarakat yang mendiami wilayah pegunungan dan tergolong terbelakang, melalui apa yang dikenal dengan program “Plan”. Namun, lagi-lagi misi ini bukan tak ada hambatan, karena kemudian Majelis Ulama Indonesia NTB melarang keberadaan mereka dengan segala aktivitasnya.

Agama Islam
Ada dua alasan utama kenapa agama Islam dapat lebih mudah diterima di Bima. Pertama, jauh-jauh waktu sebelum diberlakukannya secara resmi sebagai agama kerajaan, masyarakat Bima sudah lebih dulu mengenal agama Islam melalui para penyiar agama dari tanah Jawa, Melayu bahkan dari para pedagang Gujarat dari India dan Arab di Sape pada tahun 1609 M, yang awalnya dianut oleh masyarakat pesisir. Kedua, tentu saja peran yang penting adalah peralihan dari masa kerajaan kepada masa kesultanan yang kemudian secara resmi menjadikan agama Islam sebagai agama yang umum dianut oleh masyarakat Bima. Letak Bima yang strategis sangat mendukung sebagai jalur perdagangan antar daerah bahkan sebagai jalur transportasi perdagangan laut internasional, yang didukung dengan keberadaan Pelabuhan Sape.

Sebagai sultan pertama, diangkatlah Sultan Abdul Kahir pada tanggal 5 Juli 1620 M. Kehadiran sultan pertama ini memiliki pengaruh yang besar dan luas sehingga penyebaran agama Islam begitu cepat di seluruh pelosok tanah Bima, kecuali di daerah-daerah tertentu seperti di Donggo yang masih bertahan pada kepercayaan nenek moyang. Selain Donggo, Wawo juga termasuk sebagian daerahnya masih bertahan pada kepercayaan nenek moyang. Akan tetapi pada beberapa generasi berikutnya mereka mulai menerima Islam, karena makin sulitnya arus komunikasi terbatas internal yang mereka lakukan sesamanya serta makin meluasnya arus komunikasi masyarakat yang beragama Islam. Sekarang, bahkan di daerah-daerah yang dulu memegang kuat adat nenek moyang, hampir tidak dapat dibedakan antara Islam dengan budaya setempat.

Dalam kehidupan yang demikian Islami tersebut, muncul satu ikrar setia pada Islam dalam bentuk ikrar yang berbunyi “Mori ro made na Dou Mbojo ede kai hukum Islam-ku” yang berarti “Hidup dan matinya orang Bima harus dengan hukum Islam”. Untuk menguatkan ikrar ini, bahkan sejak masa kesultanan telah dibentuk sebuah majelis yang dikenal dengan Hadat Tanah Bima, yang bertugas dan bertanggung jawab selain sebagai sarana penyiaran dan penyebaran Islam juga sebagai penentu segala kebijakan kesultanan yang berdasarkan Islam dan kitabnya.

Penyebaran yang demikian pesat ini juga diiringi dengan berkembangnya berbagai pusat pendidikan dan pengajaran Islam, serta masjid-masjid selalu menghiasi di setiap desa dan kampung tanah Bima. Pusat-pusat pengajaran Islam tidak hanya berkembang melalui pesantren, bahkan berkembang dari rumah ke rumah, terbukti dengan menjamurnya tempat pengajian di rumah-rumah yang menggema dan melantunkan ayat-ayat suci Al-Quran di setiap sore dan malam hari.

Pada masa kesultanan juga diperlakukan aturan yang bersendikan hukum Islam dengan mendirikan Badan Hukum Syara atau Mahkamah Tussara’iyah, yang mengirim pemuda-pemuda Bima untuk belajar memperdalam kaidah dan pengetahuan Islam ke Mekkah, Mesir, Istamul dan Bagdad serta negara-negara Arab lainnya. Bahkan telah diusahakan tanah wakaf di Mekkah untuk menjamu jamaah calon haji Dou Mbojo yang selalu membanjir setiap tahunnya untuk menunaikan ibadah haji.

Demikian dua model variasi masyarakat Bima yang kita lihat dan kenal sekarang. Meski demikian, pada perkembangan-perkembangan terakhir sebagaimana kenyataan yang dihadapi masyarakat Indonesia umumnya dengan semakin cepatnya arus modernisasi, kenyataan tersebut secara perlahan mengalami perubahan. Berbagai perubahan tersebut semakin memberi warna, baik putih maupun hitam, dalam beragam kehidupan dan keseharian masyarakat Bima.

Sebagai penutup, yang kita harapkan bersama semoga masyarakat Bima tetap memegang teguh pada nilai-nilai kearifan yang sudah tertanam sejak nenek moyang mereka, dan benar-benar menghayati serta mengamalkan petuah “Maja Labo Dahu, Nggahi Rawi Pahu” dan petuah-petuah lainnya kapan dan di manapun mereka berada. *(dari berbagai sumber).
